- A little while ago, my big sister jokingly said ‘’LIFE IS NOT FARE’’. That struck me a little hard. I Sometimes just let things be and learn to accept the inevitable. You woke up and the car will not come on, do not wreck your day over something worrying will not change. Get a public bus and later work out a way to fix it. You got to work, and you received a sac letter very unexpectedly, do not cry over it for more than a day. LET IT BE and look out for the next open door. LIFE is not always going to give you notice of what it is about to throw your way. prepare your mind before you set the day. I have no control of what will be thrown at me today, However, I will do what is in my power and just LET THINGS BE. A philosopher by the name William James ones wrote ‘’Be willing to have it so, Acceptance of what has happened is the first step to overcoming the consequence of any misfortune’’
The Serenity prayer fully describes the approach with which we should view life. This prayer was said to be written by an American Theologian by the name Reinhold Niebuhr around the 1970s
God, give me grace to accept with serenity
the things that cannot be changed,
Courage to change the things
which should be changed,
and the Wisdom to distinguish
the one from the other.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time,
Accepting hardship as a pathway to peace,
Taking, as Jesus did,
This sinful world as it is,
Not as i would have it,
Trusting that you will make all things right,
If I surrender to your will,
So that I may be reasonably happy in this life,
And supremely happy with you forever in the next.
The Serenity Prayer is the common name for a prayer written by the American theologian Reinhold Niebuhr (1892–1971).
What will be, will be. Decide today to focus your mind and thought on what you want to grow. Emotional weight is enough to make you sick. It can end your life. Re-strategies your choices. Choose to focus on things that are working well and kill those negative fruits weighing you down.
